Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KeyWiz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

License Grant

KeyWiz grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or commercial use in accordance with your subscription plan.

Subscription Terms

KeyWiz offers monthly and annual subscription plans:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods after the trial

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for your chosen plan.

System Requirements

KeyWiz requires:

  • macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) or later
  • Accessibility permissions enabled
  • Active internet connection for account verification

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Distribute, sublicense, or share your account credentials
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass any security features

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KeyWiz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
